The 2019 Festival of Franklin Lodge of Improvement was special for two reasons – not only was it the 800th meeting of the Lodge, but it was also the last as Preceptor for Colin Pape, who has held the role for the last 21 years.
Thirty members and 25 guests celebrated the landmark meeting. In the picture W. Bro. Pape is seated third from the left.
