With one couple making a 460-mile camper van trip from West Sussex to attend, and some lodges organising coaches, popularity of our Concert at the Castle event on May 30th is growing fast – and tickets are selling quickly too!
Lodges and Chapters in the North and South of the Province organising transport for the event on Saturday May 30th, and other Freemasons and their families are making their own way or staying overnight.
Michael Haynes, ticket coordinator for the event, said: “The early uptake of the ticket sales is great, and shows the hard work that the Charity and Festival Stewards are putting into promoting the event. By sharing a coach, brethren and their families can easily bring their picnics and make the day even more enjoyable.”
The famous Miller Magic and Sleaford Concert Bands, as well as an ABBA tribute artiste, will be performing at the iconic Lincoln Castle, where the drawbridge will be lowered to let attendees in from 5.30pm. Tickets are available from Festival and Charity Stewards as well as online from:
