Connaught Court’s Summer Fayre returns next year for the first time in four years!
Chris Turner, pictured above, says he and the residents and members of the Friends of Connaught Court are delighted to be able to invite all of Lincolnshire’s Freemasons to the event, happening on the afternoon of Saturday 10th June next year at the the RMBI care home at St Oswald’s Road at Fulford in York.
Chris said: “We lost two summer fayres because of Covid, and the 2022 one was due to have happened the week after The Queen passed away, so that didn’t go ahead either.
“The Friends of Connaught Court provide a range of comforts for up to 94 people who live at the wonderful RMBI home, and our Summer Fayre is an event we all look forward to. Not only that, but it also gives us the opportunity to raise funds to sustain the services we provide. I hope Lincolnshire Freemasons will make the trip to share the day with us; I’m sure they won’t be disappointed!”
