The Province of Lincolnshire was well represented at the latest Quarterly Communication meeting at Freemasons’ Hall, with brethren refusing to be beaten by transport issues on the day.
Some had been in London on Monday for another meeting, and had stayed over, some drove down and stayed with family, and 16 determined types from the east of the Province hired a minibus and were dropped off at the door.
All heard from the Pro Grand Master Jonathan Spence about the new seven-year strategy for Freemasonry, developed by UGLe – about which you can read more in the next edition of Masonic Lincs, due for delivery around the Province next week.
Provincial Grand Communications Officer Stuart Pearcey said: “Attendance at a QC meeting is something every Freemason should aspire to at least once. The standard of the ceremony in the magnificent Grand Temple and the buzz of conversation at the festive board afterwards are a life experience not to be missed.”
