Round-Britain walker Chris Jones got a taste of Lincolnshire at Templar Aquila Lodge in Eastbourne by meeting up with Peter Rafferty from our Province to watch Peter’s brother John’s second degree.
What made it even more special was that Peter was invited to be Senior Deacon for the ceremony
And on the morning afterwards the trio went on to The Rosy Lee cafe run by Lodge D.C. Kevin Gillet.
Chris has so far raised more than £55,000, including gift aid, towards his ‘shoot for the moon’ target of collecting £100,000 for the MCF, whose counselling service brought him back from the brink of suicide.
