Franklin Lodge suports the Students of the Hakusan City Exchange Program

Brother Norman Wakefield the Charity Steward for the Franklin Lodge 838 attended a race night for the Hakusan City Exchange Program at the Conservative Club in Main Ridge Boston and presented a cheque for £500 to them from the NPBF grant scheme. One of the members of the City Exchange and proposer of this grant, David Scoot is second from the right. Students from Hakusan, a City on the Northwest coast of Japan have been involved with exchange visits with Boston Students for over 24 years.
