Sixty stories of tragedy, heroism, or simply bizarre have been brought together in the second book by Lincolnshire Freemason Mick Lake – and they’re all true..
Says Mick, the Charity Steward of Lincoln-based Lindum Lodge: “These stories from Lincolnshire’s past are all underpinned with hours of meticulous research, and the Royalties I get from every sale will be given to St Barnabas Hospice.”
Mick’s first book, published last year, has so far earned £1,025 for the Hospice, and he’s hoping the new version will do at least as well.
