Lincoln Masonic Ladies’ Luncheon Club held three presentations at their latest Lunch. They donated £230 to St Francis School raised from a Fashion Event sponsored by Marks and Spencer (Jill Robson from the school is pictured receiving a cheque from Sue Tweddle), and W Bro Bruce Goodman received a cheque for £500 from the LMLLC Chairman June Wright (pictured) towards the Building Fund. Also for a special occasion, Doreen Wortley celebrating her 95th Birthday, was presented with a bouquet from Pam Teesdale (pictured). Doreen was a founder member when it was formed in June 1996, and she regularly attends with her daughter June, a former Treasurer of the club. When the Lincoln Masonic Hall was opened Doreen presented a clock (pictured) in memory of W Bro Cyril Wortley, a Past Master of Witham Lodge. The Ladies’ Luncheon Club is always looking for new members and any Lady with a Masonic connection can join, they meet at midday on the third Wednesday of each month at the Nightingale Masonic Hall, contact June Wright for more details.
