150 Brethren, family and friends attended the Masonic Social Committee annual Hog Roast at Surfleet on a hot Sunday afternoon. They were entertained by singer Jim Bergin, and even in the heat, encouraged dancing on the grass. The Chairman ,W. Bro. John Crutchley paid tribute to the organiser Elizabeth Lilley, who was assisted by LMSC Committee members, for arranging a most enjoyable event, plenty of excellent food, entertainment, good weather and good company. He thanked W. Bro. Tim Wayman for once again letting the event be held in his grounds. Tim also put on guided tours round his park which has 100s of different varieties of trees from across the whole world.
