About 50 members and guests were at Horncastle for a meeting of the Round Table Lodge of Lincolnshire to hear Mike Clay and Jason Fitzgerald talk about the benefits of the Members’ Pathway in meeting The Membership Challenge laid down by Pro Grand Master Jonathan Spence.
In their roles as Provincial Membership Officer and Provincial Mentor respectively, Mike and Jason explained the contents of the Pathway, the tools available to support Lodges in boosting membership and caring for existing members, and how easily accessible they are on the web at this link.
Mike and the Pathway Presentation team are currently involved in taking a Saturday morning roadshow about the Pathway around the Province. Events have taken place so far at Cleethorpes and Louth, but eventually there will be sessions at enough centres to reach all Lodges throughout the Province. Individual invitations are sent out to anyone who has an interest in membership for sessions close to their centres. Furthermore, Mike is more than happy to visit individual Lodges to talk about the Pathway and invite questions. Within a week of the Round Table appearance he was going to St Lawrence in Scunthorpe and Franklin in Boston. If you’d like him to come to your Lodge, drop an email to him at pmolincs@gmail.com to sort out the details.
