Members of the Free Wheelers motorcycling Freemasons Lodge have given two charities a financial boost.
Rethink Mental Illness was given £1,100 made up of £500 from Lincolnshire Freemasons’ New Provincial Benevolent Fund and £600 collected by Lodge member Andy Bagworth who cycled 100 miles in London last year.
A further £250 was given to Teddies for Loving Care, a Freemasons’ charity that gives teddy bears to children having to be in hospital. It has so far given more than 3.5 million bears to such children, helping them through difficult times in their young lives.
