Neil Purllant has proved it’s never too late to become a Freemason by joining Boston’s Lodge of Harmony in his seventies!
What’s more, he approached the Lodge through the latest of technologies – the internet.
Having become a member he was surprised to see his son-in-law at the ceremony, along with six other members he knows, who had made the trip from Ramsey in the Province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire to see his initiation.
With the Provincial Junior Grand Warden Start Butler making his official visit, a full Lodge, a Christmas festive board, it made a memorable occasion for Brother Purllant.
Neil’s seen in the picture with Geoff Bell, Master of the Lodge of Harmony, and the visitors from the Ramsey area.
