Freemason Peter Simpson of Alexandra Lodge in Long Sutton celebrated his 75th birthday by making his first-ever parachute jump – and in the process raised £1,635 for Lincolnshire’s five-year drive to raise at least £2.25m for the Freemasons’ charity the MCF.
He made the jump at Sibson airfield near Peterborough. And although the jump is over, the fundraising isn’t. If you’d like to chip in a little something in recognition of his courageous leap, please click on this link.
