The 2nd Coningsby and Tattersall Scouts are a little closer to replacing worn out tents and other camping equipment thanks to a £500 donation from Freemasons of Lincoln’s Shire Lodge.
The donation was made on behalf of the Lodge by Dean Harlow, who said: “This is a brilliant use of funds to support children in building their skills and developing themselves.”
The money has been provided by the Freemasons’ Provincial New Benevolent Fund, which gives all of Lincolnshire’s 76 Lodges £500 to pass on to the good cause of their choice.
