Sixty-year certificate recognises Vic’s commitment to Freemasonry

St Mary Lodge’s second initiate has been rewarded with sixty-year certificate. Vic Wells joined the Lodge shortly after its consecration in 1963, and has been committed to it ever since, playing the organ from December 1963 until 2005.
Vic was presented with his certificate by Richard Drake, a friend for more than 65 years.
Vic was invested as Past Provincial Grand Organist in 1996 in recognition of his service to the lodge, where his dashing and varied playing style made Saint Mary Lodge a must visit. He was accompanied by his nephew, W Bro Stephen Wells, a Past Master of Alexandra Lodge, the mother lodge of Saint Mary.
