Presentation marks Trevor’s 50 years on the square
Trevor Peacock of Bourne’s Lodge of Aveland has been presented with his certificate to mark 50 years in Freemasonry by Lodge Liaison Officer Ken Gilman.
Trevor was initiated into Peace Lodge 3936 in Middlesbrough in February 1969, joined Hereward Lodge in Bourne 1979, within a few years became a Founder Member and Petitioner for Lodge of Aveland, and was the organist when it was consecrated in February 1983.
Trevor continued as Organist for the lodge until 1986, but took on the role again in 2004, and has held it ever since. In between these periods Trevor filled many of the offices in the lodge, including Almoner and Secretary, and was its Master in 1987 – 1988.
Trevor is a very keen and active member of Lodge of Aveland and still regularly attends LOI and rehearsals. Lodge members look forward to seeing more of him in the future and congratulate him on his landmark 50 years.
